What materials are used for your products?
Comfort is our top priority, and all items are made of soft, lightweight cotton. Our baby onesies and long sleeves are made from 100% organic cotton. Kids and adult tees are 100% airlume combed and ringspun cotton.
How do I care for my tees and onesies?
To preserve your tees, we recommend washing all items inside out on a delicate cycle. Please avoid ironing directly on the design.
SIZING & MEASUREMENTS
Our adult tees are unisex sizes and have a relaxed, boyfriend fit. If you are looking for a slimmer fit, we recommend sizing down.

We offer free shipping on all orders $40+
When can I expect my order?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped with USPS First Class Mail. Please track your package using the confirmation number sent to your email. Due to shipping delays associated with COVID-19, we recommend that you order in advance to avoid any potential delays.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! If you need your order sooner, you can select "rush shipping" at checkout which will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee.
Where do you ship to?
We are currently offering only domestic shipping in the US.
What is your return policy?
We want you and your mini to be 100% satisfied. If you have any issues, please drop us a note at info@heiunlimited.com and we will make things right. All personalized tees and onesies are final sale and we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to process. Shipping charges will not be refunded and buyers will pay for return shipping.
